Terms of service

  • 1. General Terms

  • By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission if I’m uncomfortable with the request or for any other reason.

  • All commissioned artwork is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • I reserve the right to share the artwork on my social media accounts unless the client requests otherwise.

  • 2. Process and Communication

  • To begin the commission, a 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the artwork.

  • Primary communication will be via Twitter, Reddit, or email. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses.

  • If there are clients ahead of you, the completion time for your commission may be extended. I will notify you in advance if you are placed on a waitlist.

  • Revisions are free during the draft stage, with two minor revisions included at the black-and-white stage. Significant revisions (e.g., composition or pose changes) requested after the black-and-white stage is approved may incur additional fees.

  • Minor adjustments (e.g., color tweaks, accessory additions, etc.) or correcting any errors on my part, will be made at no additional cost.

  • 3. Payment

  • Payment is accepted exclusively through PayPal.

  • Prices are fixed once agreed upon and are non-negotiable.

  • Once work has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available, except in cases where I am unable to complete the commission. In that case, a full refund will be issued.

  • 4. Completion Time

  • Standard completion time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the start date, depending on artwork complexity and my workload. This timeline is subject to variation and will be communicated.

  • 5. Additional Notes

  • Clear references are required to begin the commission. Please provide a detailed vision of the artwork you desire, including any specific design elements, style preferences, or other important details.

  • I will provide updates at each major stage: rough draft, black-and-white, and final coloring. You are welcome to request updates at any time.
